Soft Polenta

Ingredients
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth
- 2 Cups Polenta (any 3 to 1 ratio Chicken Broth to Polenta)
- Cube Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

-Pinch of Pepper
- Pinch of Parsley
 

Process
1. Bring to Boil 6 Cups Chicken Broth & 2 Cups Polenta (or Any 3-to-1 Ratio)
2. Whisp in Polenta; Keep Boiling and Whisping
3. Add Cube Butter, Pinch of Parsley, and 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
4. Let Simmer for 5 minutes
5. Now Place on Deep Plate ready for Chicken to be Placed on Top

You can also pour into a deep, square pan and refrigerate overnight.  It can then be grilled, fried, baked, etc.
